IT excellence requires years of experience and a very good knowledge about a vast spectrum of hardware, software, interpersonal, and management skills. Qualifications are subject to a lot of learning and practice.

While in a management position, I was trained in executive competencies such as Agile Leadership, Leadership Development, Time- and Self-Management, Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Intercultural Competence.

Qualifications

To ensure the success of organisation’s strategies and objectives I utilize COBIT 5 for IT Governance (GEIT). When working on projects I make use of the Project Management method PRINCE2. I also use Scrum and Nexus to address complex problems and delivering products of highest value. I am certified in all mentioned frameworks (validation links: COBIT 5 [cert no. GR693000032MB], PRINCE2, and Scrum and Agile).

My highest formal education is a degree as Bachelor of Science (UAS).

Well versed to working on business subjects like Contract Management (inter alia SLA), GDPR, and Kaizen (CIP), Speed Reading helps me a lot on a daily basis.
