I was working as Head of IT for Medienservice GmbH & Co. KG, a mid-sized print media logistics company, based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The company is a subsidiary of Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (F.A.Z.), a major German newspaper, and provides logistics and full services for newspapers, magazines, letters, and related products. As head of the department, I was responsible for all IT services, such as operations, infrastructure, IT governance, projects, and new technologies.
